Requesting cancellation

Contact Aish Luxe promptly with your order reference if you wish to cancel. A cancellation request must be reviewed against the order’s payment and fulfilment status. An order already dispatched may require a return process rather than cancellation.

Payments

If payment has been verified, contact us to confirm the applicable refund arrangements. Any refund depends on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights; it is not automatically completed when a cancellation is requested.
